Here's five things you must do if you're in a motorcycle accident.
Number one is remove yourself from the situation as best you can. There can be oncoming cars coming, you can get injured even worse than you already are. If you're not able to move, hopefully someone else in your group can help you move to the side of the road to call the police. It's important that you get law enforcement there as soon as possible to assess the situation. They can also call in the potential amount of care that you need, which they should and number three, make sure that you get medical treatment medical care, it's better to be safe than sorry at that point. If you're getting transported to a hospital at least they can check you out for any internal injuries that you might not appreciate at the time of the accident. Number four, if you are able to please take pictures if you do not have someone in your group, take pictures and document anything that went wrong with the seen pictures of the bike pictures of the vehicle that may have hit you so you have all that documented. And number five, give us a call. We've done this many times. We put on safety classes to help you know what to do in a motorcycle accident.
