What to Do in an Out of State Accident

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), more than seven million car accidents are reported throughout the United States each year. It is unlikely that all of these accidents will happen in the home state of the drivers that are involved. With such an expansive highway system throughout the United States, travel between states and across the country occurs frequently.

Report to the police
