Fikisha Miller

Fikisha became passionate about entering the legal profession while completing her undergraduate degree at Howard University in Washington D.C. (magna cum laude). Upon completing her law degree at Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, Fikisha began her legal career as a public defender in Nashville, Tennessee. After years of honing her litigation skills, she continued to give back to her community by directing the education of a new generation of paralegals through an ABA approved program at Volunteer State College.

After opening a successful private law firm in Nashville, where Fikisha expanded her practice to include real estate, union, and personal injury litigation, she relocated to Las Vegas in 2014. She immediately returned to litigation as a Clark County Public Defender. In response to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the impending crisis caused by the closure of public education in Clark County, Fikisha resigned from the Public Defender’s Office and became the Chief Negotiator for the Clark County School District. In that role, she successfully and quickly secured negotiated agreements with multiple unions to reopen the public schools and was responsible for the proper allocation of over one billion dollars to fund those agreements.

After completing her public service, Fikisha returned to private practice as a litigator with a concentration on criminal and personal injury cases. After completing approximately 30 jury trials and over 20 years of practice, Fikisha joined the Nevada personal injury law team at Eric Blank Injury Attorneys where she shares in the commitment to client service.
