Busy law firm seeking an experienced CASE MANAGER with 3+ years in Personal Injury Case Management. Our firm’s primary practice areas include: Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation.

Please note: This is not a training position.

Job Duties Include:

• Client Intake
• Monitoring Treatment
• Collection, Review, and Maintenance of Medical Records and Bills
• Drafting Demand Letters
• Working with Insurance Companies to Negotiate Claims
• Communication with Clients
• Assisting the Firm’s Legal staff with Cases/Claims during Litigation, when required

Required Experience/Skills:

• English and Spanish fluency a MUST
• Experience working with Personal Injury Cases
• Working knowledge of Insurance Companies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Excellent computer skills
• MS Office experience
• Needles software experience

Minimum 2 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal required.

The Litigation Paralegal is an essential role within Eric Blank Injury Attorneys. This is a Plaintiff Personal Injury law practice and you will work directly with the Attorneys.

Daily duties include:

• MUST be able to draft Complaints, Answers, Pleadings, Subpoenas, Motions
• Research & Discovery
• Manage attorney calendars
• Scheduling depositions
• Assisting attorney with day-to-day operations
• Keep clients up-to-date on case progress

The Litigation Paralegal will hit the ground running immediately by reviewing a number of Plaintiff Personal Injury cases that are in litigation right now to be sure all deadlines, filings, etc. are on track. This a great team that requires someone who knows how to manage their time, work autonomously, and have excellent communication skills.

Required Experience/Skills:

• English necessary. Spanish helpful
• Experience working with Personal Injury Cases
• Working knowledge of Insurance Companies
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks

Established Personal Injury Law Firm Seeks a Records & Bills Representative.

Qualified individual should understand collection of records, bills, and COR’s, dealing with settlement breakdowns and percentages and how to distribute a Personal Injury file.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Confirming medical providers that clients have treated with
• Balance verifications / reductions
• Preparing files to be disbursed including spreadsheets
• Member of Reception Team
• Working one on one with Attorneys and Case Management team
• Translating for clients and staff
• Client online reviews
• Prefer high energy individuals who can work in a fast paced team environment.

Bilingual – English/Spanish is a MUST.
